The STEP program developed by Savoie Security Associates (SSA) equips security officials with the advanced knowledge, skills and confidence needed to address both day-to-day operational challenges and national security threats.

STEP is a recognized development milestone designed to motivate, encourage, and support participants in achieving security certification. By completing any eight SSA courses with a minimum of 70% exam score, participants will earn the STEP Certificate of Completion – a credential that strengthens professional credibility and signals readiness to take on greater responsibilities in Canada’s security landscape.
